“By the decree of the head of state, Erlan Sarsembayev has been appointed as Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the statement said.
From January 2023, Sarsembayev worked as judge of the Constitutional Court. Before that, in 2019-2022, he was the head of the department for interaction with the committee on international relations, defense and security of the senate apparatus of the parliament, and in 2017-2019, he was deputy head of the senate apparatus.
