Tokayev and Vucic spoke about agreements at a media briefing

Astana. November 19. KazTAG – Following the high-level talks, the presidents of Kazakhstan and Serbia spoke about agreements in trade, technology, agriculture and culture, the press service of Akorda reports.
“Following the high-level talks, the heads of Kazakhstan and Serbia addressed the media,” the statement said.
In his address, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the strategic importance of the visit and noted the productive nature of the talks.
The leaders agreed to expand cooperation in trade and investment. Industry, agriculture, transport, green energy and digital technologies were named as priority areas. Kazakhstan is ready to export industrial and food products to Serbia, as well as strengthen exchanges in the agricultural sector, including veterinary medicine and organic farming. The head of state thanked Serbia for the financial assistance provided to Kazakhstan during the spring floods and congratulated it on the right to host EXPO 2027. Serbia's important participation in the 5th World Nomad Games was also noted.
The leaders also discussed issues of global and regional stability, confirming their intention to strengthen cooperation in multilateral structures, including the UN.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic noted the trusting nature of the relations between the countries and expressed gratitude for strengthening cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, Tokayev invited Vucic to visit Kazakhstan, and the Serbian leader expressed his readiness to receive the Kazakh delegation in Belgrade.
