Former Majilis member Platonov removed from post in presidential administration after 1.5 months

Astana. November 20. KazTAG – Former Majilis deputy Artur Platonov has been removed from his post in the presidential administration after a month and a half.
A source familiar with the situation confirmed the information about Platonov’s dismissal from the post.
In October of this year, Platonov was approved for the post of deputy head of the communications department of the presidential administration.
From 2001 and for 10 years, Platonov hosted the “Portrait of the Week” program on the KTK TV channel. In 2016-2017, he was a deputy of the Majilis of the parliament from the Nur Otan party, and from 2019 to 2022, he was a member of the party’s political council.
