“The parcel was addressed to a 30-year-old local resident. From the USA, he was sent packages with marijuana and drug-containing marmalade. During a search at the suspect’s place of residence, 27 packages with a green plant substance with a specific odor were seized. A forensic chemical examination has been ordered,” reads the report.
It is reported that during the operational activities, drug supply channels to Almaty will be established, as well as the purpose for which the suspect received this criminal parcel. A criminal case has been opened.
