“On September 18, 2024, a Pavlodar college student born in 2007 stabbed a teacher in the courtyard of a house on Pavlov Street,” reads the report.
The teacher received medical assistance, and his condition is assessed as satisfactory.
Investigation is underway.
The student has been detained.
