“13 defendants have been identified, 11 of them have been arrested. To date, criminal cases have been opened under a number of articles. (…) This is all – both who involved and who directly organized it,” Lepekha said on the sidelines of the Senate.
It had been reported that schoolchildren bullied, raped and drugged a 16-year-old girl in Kyzylorda. The teen is receiving medical and psychological aid. The court took into custody the suspected teenagers, who had previously been released under house arrest. Later, dismissals began in Kyzylorda due to the resonant situation.
