Balayeva proposed to toughen liability for inciting interreligious and interethnic hatred

Astana. February 7. KazTAG – Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balaeva spoke in favor of toughen liability for inciting interreligious and interethnic hatred, reported the press service of the department.
“In addition, Balaeva continued, it is necessary to increase liability for inciting interreligious and interethnic hatred. Currently, about 4 thousand religious associations representing 18 faiths are registered in Kazakhstan,” the report says following an extended meeting of the board of the Ministry of Culture and Information.
