" By order of the head of state, Ali Altynbayev has been appointed as first deputy chairman of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan, he has been relieved of his previous position," reads the report.
Altynbayev worked as deputy chairman of the National Security Committee from June 2022; before that, from 2021, he headed the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance, and even earlier he worked in various positions in the state revenue system of Kazakhstan.
