“Three people were rescued by the Ministry of Emergency Situations via a flight of stairs and 217 people were evacuated, including 21 children. One person was hospitalized,” reads the report.
The household items and furniture caught fire in Petropavlovsk, on Parkovaya Street, in a nine-story residential building on the eighth floor.
The fire has been extinguished.
