Price of new housing in Kazakhstan increased to T499,983 per square meter in December

Astana. February 11. KazTAG - The price of new housing in Kazakhstan in January compared to December 2024 increased according to prices recalculated by the Bureau of National Statistics (BNS) to T499,983 per 1 sq. m, reports the statistics agency.
In January, compared to December 2024, the prices for the sale of new housing increased by 1.3% to T499,983 per 1 sq. m.
The average resale price of apartments in Kazakhstan in January 2025 increased by 1.5% and amounted to T526,788 per 1 sq.m., while the rent for well-appointed housing increased by 2% to T4,533 per 1 sq.m.
