“According to official data, administrative courts of Kazakhstan considered about 200 cases in 2024, 80% of which were resolved in favor of investors (and not government agencies - KazTAG),” Beknazarov said, voicing a deputy’s request at a meeting of the Senate on Thursday.
According to him, there are currently 700 projects and 70 major investors in the prosecutorial support area of the Prosecutor General's Office. As part of this work, assistance was provided to 674 investors for T10 trillion. Prosecutors submitted 208 supervisory acts, cancelled four court decisions and 59 acts of state bodies.
