In the village of Aksukent in the Turkestan region, three men in a state of alcoholic intoxication brutally beat a young man, inflicting fatal injuries on him. The victim died from a cerebral hemorrhage.
After the attack, the attackers took the car from the deceased and drove to Shymkent. One of the participants filmed the young man being beaten and sent the recording to his mother and friend, but they did not report the incident to the police.
