"The court found the probation service's petition justified and granted it. Nurasyl Bolat's punishment in the form of restriction of freedom was replaced with imprisonment for an unserved term of 1 year, 5 months, 10 days," reads the report.
Bolat committed three violations of probation control, which was confirmed by the evidence examined by the court. Thus, Bolat violated the order and conditions of serving the sentence.
