“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan reported that the Russian side has no plans to launch military spacecraft and test rocket launches from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in 2025,” indicates the explanatory note to the draft government resolution.
Spacecraft launches will be carried out within the framework of the Russian state program “Space Activities of Russia”, international cooperation programs and commercial projects from the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
