"At 16.30 on the Keruen Media LED screen, on the image of the Russian flag on the upper segment, the cable shorted and the white color turned off, due to which the color tone changed under the load of electricity, it became brighter. Thus, when producing videos on a cell phone, the red color appears yellow when playing a video for visual contact," a man who introduced himself as Keruen Media Deputy Director for Technical Affairs Mukhtar Bekbosynov told editor-in-chief of KazTAG.
