Over 100 liters of illegal alcohol discovered in North Kazakhstan region

Petropavlovsk. February 7. KazTAG – Over 100 liters of illegal alcohol were found in a resident's car in North Kazakhstan region, reports the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"As the inspection showed, the man was transporting alcohol-containing products without excise stamps. In total, law enforcement officers seized 105 liters of illegal alcohol from the car. The driver was brought to administrative responsibility for engaging in entrepreneurial activity without the appropriate registration," reads the report.
In  January alone, police in North Kazakhstan region seized 1,145.5 liters of excise-free alcohol.
