Nazarbayev ignored question about his country of residence

Astana. October 7. KazTAG – Former President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev voted in the referendum on the issue of building a nuclear power plant.

Radio Azattyq writes that Nazarbayev ignored the request of journalists to approach them and answer their questions. In particular, Azattyq journalist Saniya Toiken asked whether he currently lives in Kazakhstan.

On November 18, 2023, Nazarbayev was seen in Astana at the funeral of his brother Bolat and in December at a meeting of the Astana Club discussion platform. Later, the former president was spotted in Abu Dhabi in the UAE.
