“By order of the head of state, Baurzhan Alenov has been appointed as First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan,” said the statement.
Alenov headed the Police Department of the Almaty Region from August 2022, before that, from January 2021, he was the head of the operational service department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and from November 2020, he headed the seventh department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
