Kazakhstan approved an agreement on a diplomatic visa-free regime with Congo

Astana. February 12. KazTAG - Kazakhstan approved an agreement on a diplomatic visa-free regime with Congo, the agency's correspondent reports.
"To approve the attached agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Congo on mutual exemption from visa requirements for holders of diplomatic passports, concluded in Astana on August 2, 2024," the decree of the Government of Kazakhstan says.
The document has already been put into effect.
"Citizens of the state of one of the parties, holders of valid diplomatic passports, have the right to repeatedly enter/exit, transit and stay without a visa on the territory of the state of the other party for a period not exceeding a total of 30 (thirty) calendar days within 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days from the date of first entry," the agreement says.
Let us recall that KazTAG reported on September 15, 2024 that Kazakhstan is preparing to approve an agreement on a diplomatic visa-free regime with Congo.
