Retail prices for gasoline, diesel fuel and autogas will begin to rise in Kazakhstan from the beginning of February, Energy Minister Almasadam Satkaliyev reported. According to the data, commercial gas and other fuels and lubricants will also become more expensive.
“The Ministry of Energy raised prices for liquefied gas from February 1. At the moment, maximum prices have been approved. Now in our region, the cost of autogas in the city is 77, and in remote settlements, further than 200 km from the regional center - T82. Prices are planned to be brought to market prices. Since February 1, the maximum price for regulated gasoline AI-92 has also changed, now it is T205. But according to data as of February 5, our gas stations are keeping prices below the maximum cost,” said Almas Salykbayev, head of the entrepreneurship department.
