Violations found in Beeline's actions in selling home Internet services to Kazakhstani citizens

Astana. February 14. KazTAG – Beeline's actions in selling home Internet services to Kazakhstani citizens have been found to violate, reports the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of Kazakhstan.
"The Department of the APDC for the city of Astana has established signs of abuse of a dominant position in the home Internet services market by LLP "Kar-Tel" (Beeline), expressed in the infringement of the legal rights of consumers," reads the report.
On November 19, 2024, the department issued a notice to Beeline to eliminate the indicated signs of violation of the legislation of Kazakhstan in the field of competition protection.
