Tokayev is called to take control of criminal case against the Nigmatulin brothers

Astana. January 12. KazTAG - Well-known defender of entrepreneurs Talgat Akuov recorded a video message addressed to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, asking to take control of the criminal case against the former speaker of the Majilis Nurlan Nigmatulin, as well as his brothers - Erlan and Argyn Nigmatulin.
“An appeal to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring to criminal responsibility a criminal group of persons, namely: Nigmatulin Nurlan; Nigmatulin Argyn, Nigmatulin Erlan, employees of Eurasian Bank JSC - Skorobogatov Konstantin and Zhuzbek Bauyrzhan, private bailiff Alseitova Zhanna and other persons participating in the raider takeover of the business of Akuov T.Zh., namely the property of the Tasbulak holiday resort "in Karkaralinsk," Akuov said in his video message.
He clarified that he spent six years and eight months in prison and connected his criminal prosecution with the raider attack he indicated by the Nigmatulins.
According to him, the Nigmatulin brothers are swindlers, “who, taking advantage of their official position, administrative resources, influence on the law enforcement and judicial system in the Karaganda region, in a raider manner took away the TasBulak holiday  resort in Karkaralinsk from him, as well as, “ Using administrative and judicial influence on ordinary people, they deprived 200 Kazakhstani people of funds in a fraudulent manner.”
“The Nigmatulin brothers created a criminal, fraudulent group, using in their raider takeovers of other people’s businesses a banking structure, namely Eurasian Bank JSC, whose employees, without any legal grounds, repeatedly participated in electronic auctions, putting up collateral for the bank’s property and which they bought for themselves... At the same time, the Nigmatulin brothers, in a criminal conspiracy of a group of people, took other people’s property through illegal electronic auctions, while also understating the value of the collateral property by up to seven times. The Nigmatulin brothers, in a raiding, criminal manner, repeatedly took property belonging to them from entrepreneurs, then registering them as shell companies or individuals. More than 40 complaints were written to the president of the country regarding the raid,” the entrepreneur said.
According to him, ‘the Nigmatulin brothers, using their official position, created administrative pressure on the police, the prosecutor’s office and the judicial system, arrested business owners, depriving them of their freedom.”
