“A telephone conversation took place between the presidents of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Ilham Aliyev on his convincing victory in the early presidential elections of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” reads the message.
Tokayev noted that the voting results proved clear evidence of popular support for Ilham Aliyev’s strategic course and large-scale reforms aimed at further strengthening statehood, ensuring socio-economic well-being and increasing the country’s authority in the international arena.
Tokayev wished the President of Azerbaijan the successful implementation of all planned plans in the name of prosperity and progress of the Azerbaijani people.
