“The dynamics of average prices have been stable since the beginning of the year. From January to June, apartments fell in price in 10 cities,”reads the report.
Among them:
in Kyzylorda by 3%;
in Semey – 1.9%;
in Shymkent, Karaganda – 1.7% each;
in Almaty – 1.3%;
in Atyrau – 1.2%.
In Kostanay, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Taraz - within 1%.
Prices increased in six cities, in Petropavlovsk (+4.7%), Aktau (+3.1%), Uralsk (+1.9%).
Analysts note that prices in Astana have remained virtually unchanged.
“Average supply prices for apartments on the secondary market in Kazakhstan vary from 7 million to 42.5 million. The cheapest housing is in Kyzylorda, the most expensive is in Almaty,” said the report.
