Over past six months, apartments have fallen in price in 10 cities of Kazakhstan

Astana. July 5. KazTAG – Over the past six months, apartments have fallen in price in 10 cities of Kazakhstan, reports the analytical service Krisha.kz.
“The dynamics of average prices have been stable since the beginning of the year. From January to June, apartments fell in price in 10 cities,”reads the report.
Among them:
in Kyzylorda by 3%;
in Semey – 1.9%;
in Shymkent, Karaganda – 1.7% each;
in Almaty – 1.3%;
in Atyrau – 1.2%.
In Kostanay, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Taraz - within 1%.
Prices increased in six cities, in Petropavlovsk (+4.7%), Aktau (+3.1%), Uralsk (+1.9%).
Analysts note that prices in Astana have remained virtually unchanged.
“Average supply prices for apartments on the secondary market in Kazakhstan vary from 7 million to 42.5 million. The cheapest housing is in Kyzylorda, the most expensive is in Almaty,” said the report.
