“Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva met with Pedro Vargas David , Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euronews. During the meeting, the parties signed the first memorandum of intent on cooperation between Kazakhstan and Euronews,” said the statement.
It was noted that the documents were signed in a short time. The ministry believes that this proves the interest and seriousness of both parties in cooperation.
The head of Euronews said they would relocate European journalists and also look for new staff in Kazakhstan.
They promise to conduct trainings and master classes to improve the skills of employees of domestic TV channels.
