“On February 1, 2023, the administration of the Arman nursery informed the education department that the teacher’s assistant had been rude to a child. Such facts are unacceptable when working with children. They apologized to the child’s mother. The department of education will check the nursery-kindergarten,” the department of education of Karaganda reported on Friday.
The director of the kindergarten has been recommended to consider the issue of disciplinary liability of the employee (up to the termination of the employment contract) within the framework of labor legislation.
