Astana. February 18. KazTAG - A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the case of beating a child in a kindergarten in Astana.
“The Almaty District Police Department is conducting a pre-trial investigation into the fact of improper performance of duties to raise a minor. Based on the results, measures will be taken in accordance with the law," said the press service of the Astana police department.
The teacher beat the boy in the kindergarten, after which the child began to stutter.
