Two Kazakh citizens killed in combat in Ukraine

Ust-Kamenogorsk. February 20. KazTAG – Two Kazakh citizens from the East Kazakhstan region were killed in combat in the Donetsk region of Ukraine, reports Ustinka Live.
“These people left for the Russian Federation in 2024, where they participated in an armed foreign conflict on the territory of Ukraine, during which they died from their wounds in the Donetsk region. According to the forensic medical examination, the cause was acute massive blood loss caused by damage from explosions and shrapnel,” the publication was told in the Department of National Security Committee (DKNB) for East Kazakhstan region.
The criminal case under Article 172 (participation in foreign armed conflicts) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was terminated due to the death of the defendants.
