“Head coach of the Kazakhstan national football team Stanislav Cherchesov is leaving his post,” reports the website of the Kazakhstan Football Federation.
The agreement was terminated by mutual consent of the parties.
Cherchesov took over the Kazakhstan national team in June 2024. Under his leadership, the team played six matches in the UEFA Nations League, earning one point thanks to a draw with the Norwegian national team. The entire coaching staff is leaving the team along with Cherchesov.
