Bank CenterCredit has repaid a third part of its debt – T20 billion

Astana. January 31. KazTAG – Kazakhstan’s Bank CenterCredit has repaid a third of its total debt – T20 billion, reports the Kazakhstan Association of Minority Shareholders.
In December 2024, Bank CenterCredit repaid T20 billion (a third of its total debt – KazTAG) from the government debt allocated to the bank by the government as part of the program to improve the financial stability of the banking sector,” reads the report from QAMS QazTrading.
The remaining amount of debt today makes T40 billion.
BCC, as part of the program to increase the financial stability of the banking sector, received one of the smallest amounts among other banks - T60 billion with a repayment period of November 2032.
