Torebayev appointed Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to WTO

Astana. March 17. KazTAG – Kairat Torebayev has been appointed Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and international economic organizations, reports Akorda.
“By the decree of the head of state, Kairat Torebayev has been appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the World Trade Organization and international economic organizations,” reports the statement.
Since July 2019, Torebayev has been the Vice Minister of Trade and Integration, before that, from June, he headed the Department of International Cooperation of the National Bank, and even earlier, from October 2014, he was Director of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of National Economy.
