Astana Airport warns of possible changes in flight schedule

Astana. March 17. KazTAG – Astana Airport has warned of possible changes in the flight schedule.
“Astana International Airport informs passengers of possible changes in the flight timetable during the preparation and holding of the military parade dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and Defender of the Fatherland Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In accordance with the order of the competent authorities, short-term restrictions related to training flights of military aviation will be introduced in the airspace above Astana from April 22 to May 7 (inclusive), 2025. In this regard, adjustments to the departure and arrival schedule are possible. The airport recommends that passengers check the latest information with airlines and on the airport's official sources in advance," reads the statement.
The airport asked passengers to be understanding of the temporary restrictions and to plan their trips taking into account possible changes.
