The head of state received Alexey Volkov, director of the Institute of Diplomacy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan in connection with his nomination for the post of Deputy Secretary General of the International Organization of the Russian Language.
This structure was created to promote humanitarian initiatives, implement joint projects of the participating states in the fields of culture, science and education. The founders of the organization are six countries: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
