Tokayev signed law on work of French Development Agency group in Kazakhstan

Astana. January 9. KazTAG – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a law on the work of the French Development Agency group in Kazakhstan, reports Akorda.
“The head of state signed the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On ratification of the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the French Republic on the functioning of the French Development Agency group in the Republic of Kazakhstan,” said the statement.
The purpose of the agreement is to define the rules applicable to the functioning of the FDA group in Kazakhstan, which, in particular, defines the legal, tax and financial conditions applicable to the status and activities of the FDA group in Kazakhstan.
