Almaty. January 9. KazTAG – Air Astana plane flying from Almaty to Antalya made an emergency landing in Aktau due to a malfunction.
“On January 8, the Airbus A321 plane, operating flight KC915 on the Almaty-Antalya route, took off from the airport at 8.35 local time. Due to a technical problem, the plane landed at Aktau airport in the normal mode. The reason was a malfunction of the safety valve of the fuel system of the central tank,” the statement said.
According to the information, "the flight was rescheduled for January 9 at 9.20 due to the need to deliver a spare part from Almaty."
"Passengers were provided with food and hotel accommodation. Similar measures are being taken for passengers in Antalya," said the airline.
