“As part of the amendments on issues of determining the country of origin of goods, deputies propose introducing new obligations for entities of the quasi-public sector, natural monopolies, as well as subsoil users for the extraction of solid minerals,” reads the report.
It is proposed to supplement the licensing conditions for subsoil users for the extraction of solid minerals with obligations to implement programs for the development of domestic value, as well as to carry out planning procedures and conclude contracts aimed at industrial development. Such companies will be required to post their needs for the purchase of goods on the information system.
