Almaty. March 27. KazTAG - Dastan Dzhanteliyev, who is the son-in-law of Asel Isabayeva - alleged "wife" of ex-President Nursultan Nazarbayev - became a deputy of the Maslihat of Almaty, said a source.
“Asel Isabayeva's son-in-law Dastan Dzhanteliyev became a deputy of the Maslihat of Almaty,” an informed source told KazTAG.
Dastan is married to Isabayeva's younger sister.
Asel Isabayeva  was repeatedly mentioned by the media as the third wife of ex-president Nazarbayev.
Dastan is known in narrow circles under the nickname "Prince Dastan".
