"Scheduled preventive maintenance has been completed at the Atyrau Oil Refinery. Commercial diesel fuel is currently being shipped and AI-92 gasoline is being prepared for shipment," reads the report.
Scheduled repairs began at the Atyrau Oil Refinery on October 1. They were planned to be completed by the end of October.
