“Finally sentence six years in prison with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold positions in the public service for a period of 10 years. Serving the sentence shall be determined in the institutions of the penitentiary system of medium security. Submit a proposal to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the deprivation of Satybaldy of the special rank of major general of the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as state awards, the orders "Kurmet" and "Parasat. The time of Satybaldy's detention from March 13, 2022 shall be counted towards the term of punishment,” prosecutor Dzhangeldy Yesebayev said at a court hearing.
