“A criminal case on this fact has been registered in the Unified Register of the Police Department of the Talgar region under Article 140, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, an investigative task force is working at the educational institution,” reads the report.
According to the footage, a teacher roughly pushes a child after he fails to complete a task.
