Pilot project on VAT compensation "tax free" for foreigners to be extended in Kazakhstan

Astana. December 4. KazTAG - The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan extends the implementation period of the pilot project on VAT compensation "tax free" for foreign citizens exporting goods outside the EAEU until December 31, 2025.
"This order shall come into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication and shall apply to legal relations that arose from August 15, 2019 and shall be valid until December 31, 2025 inclusive," reads the document published on the Open NPA portal.
Previously, the project was set to expire in December 31, 2024.
