More than 40% of Kazakhstani people live in apartment buildings, and housing and communal services issues are in the top 10 of their problems

Almaty. March 12. KazTAG – More than 40% of Kazakhstani people live in apartment buildings, and housing and communal services issues are in the top 10 of their problems , said Yulia Kuchinskaya,  Majilis deputy of Kazakhstan.
“In Kazakhstan, more than 40% of citizens live in apartment buildings. According to sociologists, the state of housing and communal services infrastructure and housing and communal services tariffs are consistently in the top 10 problems of concern to the population,” said Kuchinskaya at a meeting of the Majilis during the talks on the draft law with amendments “On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget” and on administrative offenses.
