These articles are no longer needed in the Criminal Code, there is no need for them, because the status of Elbasy does not exist anymore. Therefore, criminal liability, of course, is no longer needed and will not be applied,” - Imasheva said on the sidelines of the Mazhilis on Wednesday.
Thus, laws in Kazakhstan are brought into line with the Constitution, the deputy explained.
