The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that the child was found within the city of Ayagoz.
“The emergency response units are returning to their places of permanent deployment,” the department said.
On February 11, local residents contacted the Ayagoz district police department with a request to help in searching for the minor son of Imangali Merey Nurzhanuly, born in 2015, who had left the house on horseback in the morning. According to relatives, at about 10.00 the eight-year-old boy went on horseback in search of cattle. When the child was not at home in the evening, concerned parents began to look for him on their own, but to no avail. Then they contacted the police, who immediately began searching. As law enforcement officers said, the search was complicated by weather conditions. The military also joined the search.
