20 kg of marijuana seized from car in Kyzylorda region

Kyzylorda. February 11. KazTAG - Having stopped a car for speeding on the Samara-Shymkent highway, 20 kg of marijuana were seized from it, reports the Prosecutor General's Office.
"On the Samara-Shymkent highway, near the village of Toretam, a car was stopped for violating the speed limit. During the inspection of the passenger, 20 kg of dried marijuana were found in four plastic bags, which were seized as material evidence," reads the report.
A criminal case was opened under Part 3 of Article 297.
