Rustam Bayaliyev heads department for monitoring regional development of presidential administration

Astana. February 13. KazTAG – Rustam Bayaliyev has been appointed as a head of the department for monitoring regional development of the presidential administration, reports Akorda.
“By order of the head of state, Rustam Bayaliyev has been appointed as head of the department for monitoring regional development of the presidential administration of Kazakhstan; he has been relieved of his previous position,” reads the statement.
From January 2024, Bayaliyev worked as deputy manager of the presidential affairs department; before that, from 2014, he headed Astanaenergoservis JSC, and from 2005 he was an adviser to the general director of TPEP LLP.
