"Russia is not just ready to help. Russia has already made its proposals," said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the Institute of Diplomacy of the Academy of Public Administration in Astana.
According to him, the Russian authorities were monitoring the progress and results of the referendum on the issue of building a nuclear power plant in Kazakhstan.
Lavrov added that Rosatom is fully prepared to provide its competencies and is ready to cooperate.
