“I’ve been arrested for 10 days,” the blogger said in his Instagram post.
In another post, he said that he was detained for launching a drone at the scene, which, according to the police, created obstacles for the work of rescue services and investigative actions.
"They didn't charge me with a specific article of violation, they refused to provide me with a lawyer, they forbade me from filming, and the main question is, how did I interfere with the rescue workers? Which legal requirements did I violate? And what were the legal requirements from the law enforcement officers?" the photographer wondered.
