Quarantine imposed due to outbreak of rapidly developing deadly disease in Aktobe region

Aktobe. March 3. KazTAG – Quarantine has been imposed due to outbreak of rapidly developing deadly disease in Aktobe region.
“Impose quarantine in connection with detection of emphysematous carbuncle disease among cattle of the Matzhan peasant farm located in the village of Shubarshi of the Koptogai rural district of the Uilsky district,” reads the local akimat’s decision.
Emphysematous carbuncle is an acute non-contagious disease of cattle, characterized by rapid development and rapid death of animals – most often death occurs within 24 hours from the moment of infection.
