Progress cargo ship launched from Baikonur Cosmodrome

Baikonur. November 22. KazTAG – The Soyuz-2.1a rocket with the Progress MS-29 cargo transport ship was launched from Baikonur pad No. 31 at 17:22:23 Astana time.
The Progress MS-29 docking with the ISS is scheduled according to the standard scheme in two days on November 23.
The launch of Progress MS-29 cargo transport ship was carried out as part of the International Space Station (ISS) program. The Russian truck will deliver 2,487 kg of cargo to the international station, including: 869 kg of fuel to maintain the ISS orbit, food, water, air and parcels for the astronauts, 420 liters of drinking water from the Rodnik system, 43 kg of nitrogen, as well as 1,155 kg of equipment for re-equipping the station, and scientific equipment for conducting experiments.
The international crew of Expedition 72 is currently working on the ISS, consisting of: ISS Commander Sunita Williams (USA), flight engineers Alexey Ovchinin, Ivan Wagner, Alexander Gorbunov (all from Russia), Donald Pettit, Nick Hague, Barry Wilmore (all from the USA).
